SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE WITH GLAZE
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Cooking directions:
Combine these ingredients and stir well. Put in buttered 12x12 inch casserole dish.
Topping:
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Cooking directions:
Mix and crumble on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
