STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD
Ingredients:
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large package strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 20 ounces fresh or frozen strawberries (if fresh add sugar)
- 3 small bananas, mashed
- 2 cartons sour cream
- ¾ cup pecans
Cooking directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add all ingredients except sour cream to Jello. Chill ½ of this mixture while the other ½ remains room temperature. When first ½ of mixture is firm, spread sour cream. Add remaining mixture and chill. Enjoy on a hot afternoon.
