SOUR CREAM PECAN PIE

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup dark Karo syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1¼ cups pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (deep dish) or 2 shallow pie crusts

Cooking directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool before serving.
