Roasted Pecans Recipe

Roasted Pecans
• 1 1/2 lb. Adams Pecan halves
• 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add Adams Pecan halves.
Toss with a spoon, sprinkle salt over the pecans.
Toss again.
Spread the pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Roast uncovered for 15 – 20 minutes.
Toss twice with a spoon.
Drain on paper towels.
