PLUM CAKE

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 jars strained plums

Cooking directions:

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each one. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Add pecans and plums. Mix well and bake in well greased tube pan at 300 degrees for about an hour.
