PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages
- cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Cooking directions:
Mix cheese, pineapple, bell pepper, onion and salt. Chill. Form into ball. Roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with crackers.
