• 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour

Cooking directions:

Mix all ingredients and dough and chill. Roll in 1 inch balls. Put in tiny muffin tins. With thumb, flatten dough to fit muffin tins and to form tiny pastries. Make 24 little pastries.


  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon melted oleo
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Mix oleo and sugar; add egg and pecans. Place mixture in crusts, filling about two-thirds full. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. These freeze well.
