PECAN STUFFED EGG
Ingredients:
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
Cooking directions:
Slice eggs in halves lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash egg yolks with a fork. Mix the remaining ingredients with the yolks. Spoon into egg whites.
