PECAN FINGERS
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup butter
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
Cooking directions:
Cream butter and sugar, work in flour. Add pecans, vanilla and water. Mix all. Pinch off and roll size and length of finger. Cook slowly ½ hour at 300-350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot, after placing on waxed paper.
