PECAN DROP COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups pecans
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking directions:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar and flour until well mixed. Add salt and pecans and drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
