• 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup spicy mustard
  • 2 cups ground pecans
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking directions:

Beat chicken breasts between wax paper until ½ inch thick. Mix buttermilk, mustard, salt and pepper. Place chicken in this mixture until ready to cook. Shake off excess mixture and coat in ground pecans. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until done.
