PECAN BRITTLE

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups toasted pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Dash of soda
  • Salt

Cooking directions:

Melt sugar in skillet. When the last of the sugar has melted, put in a pinch of soda. Stir well and immediately add pecans. Stir vigorously. Turn out on butter dish. Lightly salt candy and break into pieces, as soon as it can be handled.
