• ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Cooking directions:

Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly adding sugar, salt and vanilla after stiff peaks are formed. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet in preheated 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
