• 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
Cooking directions:
For crust, butter 9 inch pan. Beat egg white and salt until frothy. Add sugar and beat until stiff then fold in pecans. Put in pan and spread evenly over bottom and sides. Prick bottom and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook butter and sugar mixture for 10 minutes. Slowly add cream while constantly beating. Beat 1 minute more and then add vanilla. After crust is chilled, spoon in 1 pint of coffee ice cream. Chill and then spoon in 1 pint vanilla ice cream. Freeze, eat, and enjoy.
