HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL
Ingredients:
- 1 (6 ounce) bleu cheese
- 2 (5 ounce) old English cheese
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
Cooking directions:
Let stand at room temperature and then cream together. Then add:
- 1 Tablespoon onion
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans (use ½ cup)
- ½ cup chopped parsley (use ¼ cup)
Mix thoroughly and form mixture into a ball and roll in the remaining pecans and parsley. Chill overnight or until firm.
