GRAHAM CRACKER CARAMELS
Ingredients:
- Graham crackers
- 1½ sticks butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Cooking directions:
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Layer graham crackers as close as possible. Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over graham crackers. Sprinkle pecans all over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove foil immediately.
