FRENCH COCONUT PECAN PIE
Ingredients:
- 1 stick oleo, just melted in mixing bowl (soft)
- 1½ cups sugar
- 3 eggs (4 if not too large)
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 1 can coconut or 1 cup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Cooking directions:
Mix and pour into unbaked deep pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
