FRENCH COCONUT PECAN PIE

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick oleo, just melted in mixing bowl (soft)
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 3 eggs (4 if not too large)
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 can coconut or 1 cup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

 

Cooking directions:

Mix and pour into unbaked deep pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
