COCA COLA CAKE
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- ½ cup oil
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon soda
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1½ cups miniature marshmallows
Cooking directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Mix the margarine, oil, cocoa and Coca Cola in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Icing:
- ½ cup margarine
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa
- 6 Tablespoons Coca Cola
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Put margarine, cocoa and Coca Cola in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add sugar, pecans, and vanilla. Mix well. Let cool and then ice cake.
