CHOCOLATE-PECAN PIE

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ cups plus 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 level Tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 1 cup pecans
Cooking directions:

Beat first five ingredients together by hand. When WELL mixed, add milk and pecans. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan with ½ stick butter cut into small pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes in 325 degree oven.
