CHOCOLATE-PECAN PIE
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups plus 2 Tablespoons sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 3 level Tablespoons cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 1 cup pecans
Beat first five ingredients together by hand. When WELL mixed, add milk and pecans. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan with ½ stick butter cut into small pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes in 325 degree oven.
