CHEESE RING
Ingredients:
- 1 pound medium cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion, grated or chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Strawberry preserves
- Dash of black pepper and cayenne pepper
Cooking directions:
Mix all ingredients together except strawberry preserves. Spray a ring mold with no stick cooking spray. Place mix in mold and refrigerate until firm. Turn out when ready to serve. Fill center of ring with strawberry preserves. Serve with crackers.
