CANDIED PECANS

Ingredients:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 2 cups pecan halves
Cooking directions:
Cook white sugar, buttermilk and soda in black frying pan until the mixture forms a soft ball in water. Add pecans, pour on wax paper and separate quickly before mixture hardens.
